What is the fastest you have gone over the posted speed on any road?

Kilometers or miles per hour.

It does not have to be extended mileage just a burst will do.

My ans? = 255 k's in a 50 k zone [ it was a semi-seasonal road with next to
no traffic]
The road to a ski resort in summer.
About 3/4 of a kilometer.

I was in a state once where the speed limit was "Reasonable For Conditions",
and I broke that one by a solid 40mph. Does that count?

Not all that fast by Ghostrider standards.

I was on my horsepower test road, an uphill three mile long 4-lane undivided
highway in the Mojave desert and had accelerated to 130 mph after a little
more than a quarter of a mile, when I overtook a car going the legal 55 mph
speed limit in the left lane.

I decided to blow by the tourist at 130, and he decided that he should move
over to the right.

So I went by him on the wrong side of the road at 130.

So what if the bike would have gone 140 mph top speed in 6th with the
acceleration sprockets I was running?

If I had hit a car or a deer running across the road...

About 135MPH in a 55 zone. I was the only one on the road late at
night.
