Glad to be of help. Depending on where you are coming from or heading to I
could recommend a few other roads as well.

Interesting list, but I wouldn't ride across country just to ride a road, I
would have to know what the points of historical interest or natural beauty
were before I would set out on a tour.
I have ridden the Angeles Crest Highway hundreds of times, and I wondered why
there were always a few cars parked here and there along the road. Then I got
interested in hiking and climbing the easy peaks and regretted not having
done that from the beginning.
If you ever get the urge to ride Mulholland Highway and visit the world
famous Rock Store, be aware that it's in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains
National Recreation Area, and the best thing you can do there is get off the
motorcycle and hike, run, or mountain bike the trails.

The 2 activities aren't mutually exclusive.
Sometimes you pick a road, and then when you get there you find things you
weren't expecting, like the prize in a box of Cracker Jacks.
Sometimes when you are going really fast everything slows down and sometimes
in order to go fast you need to slow down.
And sometimes it is not about the view or the history or the ride, it is
meeting someone in a weird old cafe with mediocre food.

Anything in the Adirondack park in NY state... Specifically route 30 from
Amsterdam (town) to Canada (country) and even more specifically the stretch
just south and north of Speculator.

I rode there during an Americade event several years ago. It's pretty
with a lot of trees, altitude changes, and lakes, but nothing
spectaculor. And from a sportbike perspective barely even mildly
entertaining.

That was the biggest backrest I've ever seen. Did you have that

Sorta. I made it. Bracket is ProTac from a Vulcan 750. Backrest pad is
from a Staples office chair.

Did you watch the whole thing? It's deeper than just requesting dollars.

Bob is also full of shit, don't be impressed by his corner speed claims.
NY, VT, and NH have hundreds of roads more than equal to any in the rest of
the country.

I don't disbelieve that Bob rides at those speeds, I was more making a
joke about something that can be taken at 150 mph as being considered
a "curve."
> NY, VT, and NH have hundreds of roads more than equal to any in the rest of

I went thru VT on a guided "covered bridge" tour with a group of
mostly Gold Wingers. As we'd roll by farms out in the country, the
cattle would haul ass away from the road when they heard us coming.
They must not get much traffic out that way. Around here, the cows
wouldn't even bother looking up from their cud if a Hells Angels
reunion rode by five feet in front of them.
