I guess the seller's taking his tractor with him, huh? I'm trying
to decide if this is a good deal. Bear in mind that my basis for
comparison are the $500,000 homes wedged together along the f**kin'
country club golf courses, perfectly situated between 3 different
Starbucks, one elementary school and the new mall in west Plano. In
that light, Boone MX seems like a bargain.
