And so it starts
It's about 24F right now, we've got our first dusting of snow, the roads
were pretty slippery last night, and I get a phone call today from some
Asshole(tm) driving in their truck along the Beeline near Orlando to let me
know that they have to turn the air-condishing on because of the heat. He
was picking up his panhead so I couldn't even grease him out about being in
a truck. I'd be more upset if my riding season actually came to an end due
to the weather.
I'm ordering a double double, yer all welcome to join in.

No shit, we went to the Webster swap meet for a few goodies, saw lots of
people wearing sunscreen. I had on my sunglasses and hat to keep the sun
off.
Butt this AM was pretty cool, I had to wear a long sleeve shirt, I did see
some dumbfucks riding with shorts and tank tops though, damn yankees I guess
How's the homeless ?

Unchanged. We haven't had enough snow for the construction season to start
up.

Dusting!? We're getting dumped on here on the "sunshine" coast.
I got two bikes in the driveway under covers, looking like scale models
of Mount McKinley in Alaska.

The traction control on my Jeep has been getting a workout for over a
week now.

Say "Hi" to Timmy for me.
I'll take mine black, single.

Don't fret, light a nice warm fire, preferably in the fireplace, pour a
lovely VSOP or scotch in a tumbler, sit back on the couch with ML by your
side and enjoy the casual island lifestyle. I love this time of year! Then
start singing "It's Beginning to Look Alot Like Chanukah".

Query about yer rig
Tud, about the dual-wheel drive on your Gear-Up... is there
a differential or something to handle the different tracking
radius on the hack while turning?

No differential, which is why they will void your warranty if you engage the
2WD while on dry pavement. I suspect you'd have to be stupid enough to
actually do it in front of the dealer for them to really void the warranty.
I've only used it a few times off road in the mud.

Ok... say you're in patchy snow, where the pavement is dry in some
spots and icy in others... can you shift in and out of 2WD on the fly?
